- Referring offices must submit referrals through our online portal before scheduling an appointment .
- For patients with CCHP insurance coverage, please ensure the referral is submitted to the insurance portal DPOW by the referring office.

What to expect?
At your first appointment, an explanation of the treatment is given.
At your second and third appointments, root canal treatment is performed by a resident dentist under the supervision of licensed endodontic specialists.
